1. Booking & Payment

Full payment or an advance deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Payments are processed securely. Card or sensitive payment details are not stored by ZAAISHFARM.

A refundable security deposit of ₹20,000 is required at check-in and will be refunded at checkout, provided there is no damage or missing items in the property.
2. Cancellation Policy

No Refund: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in: 5:00 PM

Standard check-out: 3:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are required to provide valid Adhar card at the time of check-in.

Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items in the property.
